  The first year I stayed here was perfect. I am not sure if they changed management, but since December of 2016, I have never had a day when I am not trying to contact them about all the problems going on now. I was cat-sititng when they gave me a notice that I owed $400 in 1 month and the removal of the cats in 48 hours. I did as I was told and tried reasoning with the manager over email (because she is never in the office) and after a week, agreed upon a payment plan, but before it would start, I would need to come to the office to sign paperwork. Every time I would go to their office (they're only open 3 days a week..) they would not know what I was talking about and had no paperwork in my file. They manager was also not there every time. The girl at the front said she would "do what she could" to remove the fee, and by the next day it was removed...until 4 days later. In between this whole time, I was trying to renew my contract, but could not because it read my new lease would start January of 2018 and end April 2017 for a seven month contract. It took another 2 weeks of going back and forth in the office and over email to get it figured out. They still managed to send it to me three time incorrect when they said it was fixed. Since it took so long for them to renew my contract, my balance did not show for my rent until the day before it was due. I spoke with the girl at the desk regarding any late fees, and she said I would not have to worry about that happening. I just got a notice on my door stating I owed over $200 and would have three days to pay this...the total of this cost is the "agreement" for the $400 that was removed and then put back on without my knowledge along with a $95 late fee...I have literally been on hold with their office for the past 21 minutes while I wrote this review just to try and get this matter fixed..
